2018 Cannondale Quick 7 Mens Bicycle Black Gray Bike XL 700C Aluminum Frame Used In excellent working condition showing very little use and hardly any noticeable marks. The only thing is that the spoke protector shield is chipped in a few places. (See Photos) The Quick 7 is built on a lightweight full alloy frame. To maximize comfort and control, the Quick's SmartForm C2 Alloy frame features Cannondale's proprietary SAVE Micro-Suspension, a system of flex zones in the rear triangle that absorb shock and reduce vibration on rough roads. The slanting top tube gives good stand over clearance and also a comfortable ride geometry. The Cromoly rigid forks are strong and bladed as well. The Quick 7 is powered by a Shimano Altus/Acera drivetrain. This is a mid-level MTB gearing and is perfectly suited for urban commuting and long distance riding on city roads and highways. This 24-Speed gearing was quick in transmission and also helps climb flyovers easily. The Shimano EF51 trigger shifters are smooth and easy to operate. This hybrid bicycle’s stopping power is controlled by Cannondale’s stock V-brakes at the front and rear. With its long brake pads and arms these brakes are sufficient while riding through traffic on city streets. They were also balanced on smooth and slippery surfaces. Cannondale’s C series of handlebars are known to be the perfect mix of width and raise. Kenda’s Kourier 700x35C hybrid tires are built for urban roads. These are fast rolling tires with a nice profile for cornering and though not supple or lightweight, they have have enough volume to take the edge off most tarmacs. Cannondale’s stock fitness ergo saddle was lengthier than usual but had enough padding to keep the rider soreness free on longer rides.
